PAVE buys for cash flow and not on appreciation. We secure long term debt with sufficient cash reserves.  In PAVE’s model of investing in value -add buildings, we improve the interior and exterior, and create better operational systems. By combining all 3 factors in our model, the result is forced appreciation. This is the key to generating wealth.

PAVE uses the strictest screening criteria to ensure we meet the highest underwriting standards. On average, for every 100 target opportunities, only 1 deal closes. PAVE Capital utilizes a disciplined investment approach that ranks our target market area.

Jenni has 15 years of Real Estate, Investment Management, and remodeling experience. She owns a boutique all in one investor hub – UTZ Real Estate, UTZ Property Management, and UTZ Remodeling. Jenni has been awarded top 30 Under 30 from National Association of Realtors, Top 40 Under 40 from the Baltimore Business Journal, and Top Property Manager from the National Top Agent Magazine.

Tyler Codd

Tyler started his accounting and finance career at EY, one of the largest professional service firms in the world before transitioning to a focus in tax and valuation concepts at the regional firm Sturgill & Associates, LLP. Tyler works with business and individual clients of all sizes across numerous industries, including Real Estate Professionals. Tyler is a Certified Public Accountant and Valuation Analyst by trade, with a strong interest in the world of Real Estate finance and investing.
